At Mountainside we are on a mission with Jesus to bless the world and to help individuals join in the mission with us by communicating the Gospel in word, deed and attitude.

Jesus, when asked what is the greatest commandment the Father ever gave, responded:       "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind."

Jesus went on to say: "And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"   Matthew 22:37-39

At Mountainside we take these twin commandments very seriously, because Jesus did. That is why we use the phrase: Love God, Love our Neighbors, Bless the world. We believe this encapsulates the ministry and message of the church, and if we do these things completely, we will be living out the Gospel.
